国际法律顾问/International Legal Consultant

职位描述/Job description:

We are looking for an International Legal Consultant to join our international team of lawyers and consultants at BNLS Law Firm in Shanghai.

The consultant will work to support our clients’ business on complex matters and questions, which may vary depending on the clients’ needs. The associate will be exposed to different area of law (e.g. corporate, commercial, compliance) and work in a flexible and dynamic environment, with people from different backgrounds.

招聘要求/Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Law degree or above

2. Overseas study experience (preferred)

3. 3-5 years’ working experience

4. Experienced in commercial & corporate law, dispute resolution (preferred)

5. Proficient in English as the main working language

6. Good team player, good communication and cooperation
